Schedule & Availability Most of our clients are looking for Behavior Technicians who are available after school, typically between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Candidates with availability during these hours, especially on weekdays, are strongly encouraged to apply. We offer flexible, part-time schedules with the possibility of gaining additional hours based on client needs and availability. Job Responsibilities As a Behavior Technician, you will: Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. Provide 1-on-1 in-home and community-based ABA therapy according to the schedule arranged with the client's family. Travel to the client's home or school to provide therapy sessions and ensure the client remains in a safe, supportive, and positive environment. Build a strong rapport with clients while helping them work toward their individualized treatment goals. Implement ABA strategies and interventions as directed by the supervising BCBA. Collect and accurately document data and daily observations to help monitor each client's progress. Communicate important observations and updates with the BCBA and appropriate members of the care team. Receive ongoing supervision and training from a BCBA to ensure proper ABA techniques and treatment procedures are followed. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working with clients and their families. Provide compassionate, high-quality care and support while helping each client develop new skills and reach their maximum potential. What We Are Looking For You have: The ability to communicate effectively in English.
