Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and caring Behavior Technician (BT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Qualifications High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred) Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain patient, professional, and compassionate Reliable transportation (if required for travel) Ability to pass background check RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire) Need
