Flexible (Choose Your Caseload) Blue Sea is hiring BCBAs for immediate caseloads, as well as upcoming opportunities this fall.Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and clinically skilled Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to support students, staff, and school teams by developing, monitoring, and guiding the implementation of behavioral strategies. The Behavior Intervention Consultant will conduct observations, consult with educational teams, and ensure that interventions align with the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and best-practice behavioral principles.Who You Are:

bringing experience supervising BIS providers, supporting families, and delivering clinically appropriate guidance. You thrive in a mentoring role and are confident in guiding best practices across home-based settings.Required Qualifications:
BCBA/LBA

Experience conducting behavioral assessments, writing BIPs, or consulting within school settings. Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow professional and ethical standards.Responsibilities:
Provide consultation to special education teams, administration, special area teachers and related service providers. Conduct student observations to support student needs and guide intervention planning. Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills-based assessments as appropriate. Develop, refine, or provide input on interventions and goals when applicable. Provide professional development to support behavioral programming. Analyze behavioral data and provide data-driven recommendations. Attend CSE meetings as needed to provide behavioral insights and recommendations. Create written reports to support individualized consulting activities.Job Type:
Contract Pay:
$70.00- $80.
