Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference each day by working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students in a dynamic school setting near Monsey, NY. This contract opportunity invites passionate professionals who excel in helping students with behavioral, social, or learning needs thrive in a supportive, educational environment. Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician will play a vital role in implementing one-on-one or group interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students. What you'll bring: An active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential Experience implementing ABA-based interventions with children or adolescents Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Effective verbal and written communication skills Patience, empathy, and a passion for empowering young learners Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring Your key responsibilities: Directly provide ABA services to students in school classrooms and other educational settings Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Track student progress by collecting and recording behavioral data Communicate observations and findings to BCBAs, teachers, and parents as needed Participate in ongoing training or professional development sessions to enhance skills Adhere consistently to all school policies and ethical standards This contract role offers the chance to gain valuable school-based experience in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
