Westchester, NY (Flexible Schedule 20-30 hours a week daytime shifts and afternoon shifts available)

Contract Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing, mission-driven team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
Position Overview:
The BCBA will play a key role in conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing clinical oversight to ensure the highest standard of care. This position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Oversee implementation of treatment plans and ensure clinical quality and fidelity Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and paraprofessionals Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming as needed Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills Design and adapt individualized programs based on assessment results and clinical data
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Experience working with children in behavioral health and/or special education settings Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
