As a Behavior Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work in a rewarding field, enjoy a flexible schedule, and receive ongoing support from experienced BCBAs and our friendly management team. Position Summary As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Through evidence-based ABA therapy, you'll help clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families. Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through structured and play-based activities. Collect accurate session data and document client progress using company systems. Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment during every therapy session. Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress, challenges, and treatment updates. Follow all company policies, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality standards. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development. Preferred qualifications include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Comfortable working independently while following clinical guidance. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Flexible availability with the opportunity to increase hours based on client needs.
