Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities and a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Responsibilities :
MUST HAVE RBT CERTIFICATION
Implement individualized behavior plans under the direction of a BCBA. Provide one on one in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy. Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Qualifications:
