Registered Behavior Technician RBT Location:
Port Leyden NY Join the Strides ABA Team! At Strides ABA, we create a space for your child to step up his game and reach goals that previously seemed out of reach. With our team of highly trained professionals behind you, we'll be celebrating milestones together soon. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician RBT to join our team in Nassau County, NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices About the

As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT (ABA), you will work closely with our experienced team of professionals to deliver exceptional care to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in ABA therapy, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Requirements:
High School Diploma Clean background check required for working with children and families Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program Part-time availability (hours will vary)
