Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center-Based | $90K-$95K | Rockville Centre, NY Blossoming Behavior is hiring a Full-Time BCBA to join our collaborative, family-centered ABA team. This is a center-based clinical + leadership role ideal for a BCBA who wants both direct client impact and program leadership experience. You'll conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and help shape clinical quality initiatives. Clinical Responsibilities Conduct FBAs, skill assessments, and progress monitoring Develop individualized BIPs and ABA treatment plans Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Technicians Provide parent training and caregiver coaching Analyze treatment data and adjust interventions Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers Maintain BACB-compliant documentation Leadership & Operations Responsibilities Manage caseload scheduling and staffing assignments Conduct quality assurance reviews Ensure compliance with BACB, insurance, and state regulations Assist with authorizations and intake coordination Support onboarding and training of clinical staff Participate in program development and improvement initiatives Requirements Active BCBA certification (BACB) Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field NY LBA license or ability to obtain 1+ year ABA experience with autism population Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Preferred Center-based ABA experience RBT supervision experience Insurance authorization knowledge EHR experience Multicultural competency Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Typical hours: 10:30am-6:30pm School breaks/summer: 9am-5pm About Blossoming Behavior Founded in 2019, Blossoming Behavior is a family-centered ABA practice dedicated to helping children with autism thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care.
