About Achievement Behavior Services (ABS): Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency founded in 2015 by experienced BCBAs and LCSWs. We specialize in providing 1:1 support to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, independence, and daily living skills.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated ABA Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home services in Hempstead, NY. In this role, you will work one-on-one with a child under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans.

Case 1:
Monday:
4:00 PM•7:00 PM Case 2:
Saturday & Sunday:
12:00 PM•3:30
PM What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting Implement behavior intervention plans Track and record session data accurately Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers
Requirements:
Experience working with children (ABA experience preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred)
