They look like a child in distress, a session that isn't going the way you planned, or a behavior that's asking you to dig deeper and stay present anyway. That's where our BTs and RBTs live, and it's where the real work happens. At Horizon Blue ABA, we look for people who aren't afraid of those moments. Qualifications & Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent A passion for helping children and families Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT)
