Contract Position Flexible Schedule/In-Person ABA Services Locations:
Brentwood, NY (Spanish Speaking is a must!) Weekend hours Ridge, NY
  • Monday to Thursday from 4:30pm to 6:30pm West Islip, NY
  • Monday's, Wednesdays, Fridays 4:00pm to 6:00pm Stony Brook, NY
  • Weekdays, After-School hours Washington Heights, NY
  • Monday to friday 3:00 to 5:00pm or Monday's, Thursday's, Friday's 4:00pm to 6:00pm Elmont, NY

At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS), we're committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA services that create meaningful and lasting change for children and families across NYC. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our growing Long Island team. This is an opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about ethical, evidence-based care and is looking for flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support within a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and ABA staff Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data analysis Collaborate closely with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers Deliver parent training and ongoing caregiver support Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills Experience supervising ABA cases across home and/or school settings Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team NYC experience preferred Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
