$65,000 base + uncapped commissions + monthly production bonuses Realistic on-target earnings: $100,000-$115,000 | Top performers: $150,000+ About Redefine Fitness Redefine Fitness is a premium private personal training company with two Long Island locations doing roughly $100,000 per month in revenue each. We serve adults 40+ who are done guessing and ready to invest in real coaching, structure, and accountability. Our in-person close rate runs 70-80%. Our sales SOPs, scripts, recorded call library, and CRM are fully built out. Our dedicated lead nurture specialist pre-qualifies and books every inbound appointment before it hits your calendar. What we don't have yet: a dedicated revenue operator who owns growth at our Stony Brook location. That's you. This Is An Individual Contributor Role You are not managing a team. You are the sales function at Stony Brook. You report directly to the owner through Q3 2026, then to our Head of Sales & Marketing. You work alongside — not over — our lead nurture specialist (owns pre-assessment outreach) and our client success manager (owns retention past 60 days). The Role — What You Actually Own This is NOT a call-center closer role, and it's NOT a cold-calling BDR role. It is both, built for one senior operator at one location. Roughly 65% of your time: Building pipeline outside of paid ads Our paid ads work. Our nurture specialist books inbound leads. Your job is to open a second lead channel by building what doesn't currently exist: Referral partnerships with MDs, physical therapists, chiropractors, country clubs, and corporate wellness programs in the Three Village / North Shore area Community events, local networking, and speaking opportunities targeting the 40+ demographic Activation of our existing client referral program (current clients earn a full bi-weekly payment credited for each successful referral) Reactivation outreach to dormant CRM leads and past clients Roughly 35% of your time: Closing Running in-person fitness assessments using our 17-step Anthony Method (fully documented, trained, and role-played) Selling our 6-week Advance Commitment program as the primary entry point Converting Advance Commitment clients into recurring memberships at Week 4 and Week 6 Driving membership upgrades into Signature and Elite tiers What you don't do: Lead nurturing, follow-up texting on cold leads, price signaling on inbound, or booking appointments. That's owned by our nurture specialist. You receive appointments that are already booked, warmed, and price-aware.
Compensation Plan Base:
$65,000/year, paid bi-weekly
Commissions:
Advance Commitment sales (primary entry point): 15% of AC price on inbound leads, 25% on self-generated leads AC → Membership conversion bonus (Week 4 or Week 6): $150 inbound, $250 self-gen Direct EFT membership close: 12% of first 2 weeks EFT revenue on inbound, 25% on self-gen Direct PIF (12-month prepay) close: 8% inbound, 15% self-gen Membership upgrades: 15% of price difference OPWDD new clients: $100 flat New training packs: 5% inbound, 10% self-gen

Day Ramp Guarantee:
Minimum $8,500/month total compensation for months 1-3. If earned compensation is below $8,500, we top up. What Success Looks Like Months 1-3 (ramp): 10-12 new EFT closes/month, $10K+ monthly production, 50 partnership targets identified, 10 activated Months 4-6: 15-18 new EFT closes/month, $14K+ monthly production, 20%+ of new business self-generated Months 7+: 18-22+ new EFT closes/month, $18K+ monthly production, 30%+ self-gen, 8+ active referral partnerships driving regular business This Role Is For You If You have 3+ years of consultative or high-ticket sales experience where you personally closed deals in-person You've built and managed referral partnerships or B2B relationships before — this is core to the role You're comfortable walking into a chiropractor's office, country club, or corporate HR meeting and building a relationship from scratch You're motivated by upside and ceiling, not by a safe base salary You want structure, clear metrics, recorded call reviews, and real coaching — we have all of it You're local to Long Island (this role requires hyper-local presence; candidates relocating will not be considered) You are available for evenings and some Saturdays as appointment volume requires This Role Is NOT For You If You want a high base with soft expectations You've never built outbound partnerships from scratch You need to sit at a desk and wait for leads You're uncomfortable with 65% self-directed work and clear accountability Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Unlimited PTO (exempt position) Free Redefine Fitness Elite-tier membership, including sauna access 35% employee discount on supplements, services, and membership add-ons $1,000/year professional development budget Ongoing sales training, weekly coaching, and recorded call reviews
