Registered Behavior Technician •Up To $1,500 Dollar Sign-On Bonus•Reports to: Sr.

Full and Part-Time schedules available
Pay Rate:

Our focus is supporting individuals by ways of residential housing, mental health and clinical services, and immersing our participants in community engagement. Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings. About the
Role:
We are looking for a proactive employee to provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and provides support to their families.
Responsibilities:
Understanding & implementing individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs Collecting data on individualized ABA program Completing a BACB approved RBT course and maintaining current registration Instructing participants and their family in home programs and protocols
Requirements Education & Experience:
High School diploma/GED required. Experience working with children with a disability preferred. RBT certification preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required. Basic word processing and e-mail skills, required. Conditions of Employment Must possess a valid driver's license and transportation necessary to meet program needs. Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
