Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS.com) is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in the Bronx. What You'll Do:
Conduct behavioral and skills assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and support behavior staff and paraprofessionals Monitor client progress through data collection and clinical analysis Adjust programming based on treatment outcomes and client needs Provide parent training and caregiver support Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers Deliver ethical, evidence-based ABA services
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Bilingual English/Spanish required Why Join LBAPS?
