Qualifications and Experience:
Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services, preferably within school settings Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to follow student behavior plans with fidelity Organized, patient, and flexible in adapting to the needs of diverse learners Comfortable working with students with varying behavioral and developmental needs
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on student performance and behavioral progress Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce positive behaviors Communicate regularly with teachers, therapists, and parents about student progress Support students throughout their school day, both in and out of the classroom Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development If you're passionate about helping students succeed and want to bring your RBT skills to an upbeat, supportive school setting, this is the opportunity to make a real difference.
