Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location:
Sagamore Hills, OHNorton, OH Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour

401(k) plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible scheduling (day shifts, full-time or part-time, weekend availability) Professional development support , including RBT certification assistance What You'll Do Provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities or behavioral challenges Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth Track and document client progress Collaborate with therapy team members and attend ongoing training sessions Create a positive, safe, and supportive environment where children can thrive What We're Looking For We welcome individuals who are caring, dependable, patient, and adaptable .
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
Strong communication skills with clients, families, and colleagues Empathy and compassion for children with diverse needs Ability to stay calm, flexible, and resourceful in challenging situations Observational and problem-solving skills to support client progress Requirements No prior certification required at hire - we provide assistance with RBT training Must obtain RBT and CPR certification within 30 days of hire Work ScheduleLocations Multiple shifts available: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM , Monday through Friday Some services may be provided in clients' homes, schools, or community settings throughout the Cleveland-Akron area Specialty Area Pediatrics Ready to Make a Difference?
