Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Take your career to the next level by making a meaningful difference in educational settings as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This part-time contract position is ideal for a passionate BCBA or Behavior Specialist interested in supporting students and educational staff throughout the full 26/27 school year. In this role, you will provide crucial supervision for a team of three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You'll be a trusted resource for developing, implementing, and monitoring effective behavior intervention plans. Your guidance will empower teachers and staff, helping them foster positive learning environments and promote student success.
Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required Proven experience as a BCBA or Behavior Specialist in school or pediatric settings preferred Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Provide supervision, coaching, and ongoing support to a team of three RBTs Develop, review, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers and staff to address behavioral challenges Conduct functional behavior assessments, data analysis, and recommend evidence-based strategies Offer training and professional development for school staff Attend team meetings as needed and maintain thorough documentation This unique opportunity allows you to work within a supportive educational community, bringing your expertise to help enhance learning outcomes for students.
