We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an established behavioral health organization in Avon, Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA with 2-3+ years of ABA experience who is comfortable supervising and supporting RBTs, including newer team members. The organization values collaboration, strong culture, and a team-first mindset. Responsibilities Supervise and support RBTs Provide clinical oversight and guidance Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans Support newer team members and help build clinical confidence Collaborate with families and the clinical team Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records Key Skills ABA experience RBT supervision Clinical leadership Team collaboration Strong communication and culture building Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification 2-3+ years of ABA experience preferred Previous RBT supervision experience Strong leadership and communication skills Open to an established clinical approach and continued training This is an on-site BCBA opportunity in Avon, Ohio for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
