requirements to be a supervisor) Excellent written and verbal skills Strong leadership and management skills CPR and First aid training and certification Crisis manage training or certification FBI and BCI background check Responsibilities Conduct a variety of assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, functional behavior assessments, among others) Write and submit treatment plans Timely communication with all stakeholders (e.g., parents, insurance, etc.) Plan, manage, and evaluate RBT behavior Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess the performance of programs, and adjust as necessary Provide training for and consultation with parents and other caregivers Manage electronic data regarding the client's progress Perform other related duties as required Benefits Pathways offers a generous time-off package $80K starting pay
