Bridgeway Academy - 3.4 Columbus, OH Job Details Full-time $38,000 - $50,000 a year 17 hours ago Qualifications RBT Certification High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The role of the Clinical ABA Team Technician is to provide individualized applied behavior analytic services to clients of Bridgeway Therapy Center's ABA Clinic, between the ages of 18 months to 5 years of age. This includes the implementation of a treatment plan developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), addressing behavior change and skill acquisition goals. The clinical ABA team technician will also monitor the progress and work closely with the Clinical Supervisor and Director to update treatment plans as necessary. The clinical ABA team technician will also adhere to ongoing review, and measurement of program and service applications to comply with regulations, policies, procedures and standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. The clinical team technician will work under close supervision and guidance of a BCBA to implement interventions for individuals on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities.
Essential Duties:
1. Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format. 2. Accurately implement skill acquisition programs, behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans 3. Maintain precise client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal records, etc. 4. Accurately collect data (paper and/or electronically) on target behaviors specific to the client's skill acquisition programming 5. Maintain detailed records of client progress and services rendered 6. Complete timely and thorough session notes as expected
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology or related field preferred. Must already possess an RBT certification from the BACB. Excellent attendance records.
