What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior. Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans. Accurately record session data using electronic devices. Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. A willingness to learn and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations. RBT certification is required before working. Good to Know Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations. All positions start off part-time. We're looking for candidates who are willing to make a 6-month commitment to helping change our clients' lives. Experience That Can Be a Great Fit You may already have experience that translates well to this role, including: Education or early childhood development Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles After-school programs or camp counseling Behavioral health, mental health, or social services ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism Healthcare support, including DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver roles Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one No experience?
