Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into an impactful contract opportunity as a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students through expert behavior analysis and staff collaboration. This position is based near Covington, OH, and spans the full 2026-2027 school year, giving you the chance to make a difference in a supportive educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Previous experience in school settings preferred Strong skills in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborative and effective communication abilities with staff, teachers, and other professionals Ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of individual students
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision for a team of three RBTs, guiding effective practice and professional development Assist in the creation, modification, and monitoring of student behavior intervention plans Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to develop proactive strategies and support generalization of behavioral interventions Monitor data collection and interpret results to inform ongoing interventions and achieve student goals Participate in team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations as needed throughout the school year Remain current with best practices in behavioral analysis and educational intervention This role offers a valuable chance to have a lasting impact on students and support staff growth within a collaborative school community.
