Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•3:30
PM Contract Duration:
August 17, 2026•June 7, 2027 (42 Weeks)

Contract Job Summary The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and clinical oversight for students with behavioral and developmental needs within the school setting. This role is responsible for developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, supporting school staff, and ensuring the effective implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies. The BCBA collaborates closely with educators, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes and create a safe, structured learning environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide ongoing oversight and evaluation of behavior programs across multiple school sites Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions to improve student outcomes Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and school staff implementing behavior plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support teams to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress reporting Provide training and coaching to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and regulatory requirements Support crisis intervention planning and implementation as needed Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical environments Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases and adapt to varying student needs Experience Requirements Previous experience as a BCBA in a school or pediatric setting preferred Credentials & Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification•required BCBT certification preferred but not required (or willingness to obtain). This includes completing a competency assessment and passing the certification exam.
