Qualifications:
Valid BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Experience in school-based or pediatric behavior analysis preferred Previous experience supervising RBTs is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to create, implement, and monitor effective behavior plans
Responsibilities:
Provide effective supervision and mentorship to three RBTs Assist with development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers and staff to support positive student outcomes Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school policies Serve as a resource for behavior management strategies campus-wide
