Job Description
Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Little Sprouts Therapy Grow With Little Sprouts Therapy At Little Sprouts Therapy, we provide compassionate, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in home and community-based settings. Our approach is relationship-based, child-centered, and rooted in evidence-based ABA practices. We believe in meeting each child where they are, supporting meaningful skill development, and partnering closely with caregivers to help children thrive in their everyday routines. We are currently seeking a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing in-home team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children, values collaboration, and is looking for a supportive environment to grow professionally. What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician/RBT, you will: Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in the child's home and approved community settings Implement treatment plans and behavior support strategies developed by the supervising BCBA Use play-based, naturalistic, and routine-based teaching strategies Support communication, daily living, social, emotional regulation, and play skills Collect accurate data to track progress Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and HIPAA compliance What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Experience working with children Prior ABA experience preferred, but not required RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification Bachelor's degree preferred Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and auto insurance Comfort using technology for data collection Ability to engage in play-based and movement-based activities A positive attitude and willingness to learn Openness to feedback and professional growth Why Join Little Sprouts Therapy?
