Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support and behavioral health services to clients
  • Implement intervention strategies as instructed by the supervising Behavior Analyst
  • Collect data to track client progress and inform treatment planning
  • Work with children and adolescents to address behavioral issues and promote positive change
  • Communicate progress updates to the supervising Behavior Analyst regularly
  • Reliably attend sessions to ensure the consistency of service delivery
Skills:
  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents
  • Professional communication skills with both staff and caregivers
  • The ability to work in a team environment that emphasizes transparency, support and collective growth
