Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and behavioral health services to clients
- Implement intervention strategies as instructed by the supervising Behavior Analyst
- Collect data to track client progress and inform treatment planning
- Work with children and adolescents to address behavioral issues and promote positive change
- Communicate progress updates to the supervising Behavior Analyst regularly
- Reliably attend sessions to ensure the consistency of service delivery
Skills:
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents
- Professional communication skills with both staff and caregivers
- The ability to work in a team environment that emphasizes transparency, support and collective growth
