Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identify patients strengths, needs, and abilities and address barriers to meeting client goals Use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach Assist youth clients with transportation and life skill development Linkage with community resources and referrals Provide supportive services that encourage independence Remain in compliance with internal and external policies Must be willing to work with children with several diagnosis Work with our summer children's program including outings, crafts, and working on youth development Requirements 1 or more year(s) experience with children High School Diploma
