Job Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician at Honey Bee Therapy, you will be crucial in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will work directly with clients in a clinical setting to deliver interventions to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients Assist clients in acquiring new skills and behaviors through structured teaching techniques Collaborate with other members of the therapy team Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within three months of hire Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check
