Position:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst 2026•2027 school year

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher. Valid State of Ohio Administrative certificate/license or eligibility for licensure. Appropriate Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst License. Experience working with children with disabilities. Other qualities of academic, professional and personal excellence as may be specified by the Governing Board.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive FBAs to inform intervention planning. Design individualized BIPs based on FBA results, observation data, and student needs. Facilitate meetings with parents and the IEP team to review and gain consensus on BIPs. Provide professional development (PD) to school personnel on behavioral strategies and plan implementation. Offer ongoing consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
