Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the design, implementation, and supervision of individualized behavior plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress in clients' communication, social skills, and independence while ensuring compliance with all medical and privacy regulations. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify clients' needs and develop tailored intervention plans. Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill acquisition and reduce maladaptive behaviors. Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate seamless communication. Perform intake assessments for new clients, including patient care planning and initial behavioral evaluations. Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and data security. Skills Extensive experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies. Proficiency in data collection methods using digital tools or software to track client progress effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards within healthcare settings. Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with disabilities. Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and support clinical supervision activities. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients' families, educational teams, and healthcare providers in a professional manner.
