This position MUST be able to work on the east side of Cleveland, all training will be conducted in Solon, OH (44139). This position reports to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. New hires are required to be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician upon hire.ABOUT THE COMPANY

Be On Time/Punctual for all Scheduled Appointments Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written. Commitment to behavior intervention plans designed by the Behavior Analyst Teaches a wide range of skills including language, social, academic, and cognitive skills. Collect and record data. Collaboration with team members. Contrive motivation for your kiddos to encourage growth and development Attend Quarterly Staff Training Summits and any other team meetings set with ample notice.
