As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a meaningful role in implementing behavioral health and educational services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders and/or intellectual disabilities in either a 1:1, 1:2 or small group setting. Receive supervision and training from behavior analytic and/or behavioral health supervisors through direct observation and team meetings. This is a full-time, hourly position.Minimum Qualifications :
Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing. Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR- adult, child, and infant.
Preferred Qualifications:
Three years of experience working with vulnerable populations, especially those with developmental disabilities or mental health disorders. College Degree in a related field. Experience in ABA.
