Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Bring your expertise and passion for positive behavioral change to an impactful school-based opportunity this coming academic year! A flexible, part-time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) position is available to support a dedicated educational environment and make a lasting impact on students, staff, and the school community. In this contract role, you'll provide clinical supervision for a team of three energetic and committed RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), ensuring they are well-guided and equipped to deliver high-quality behavioral support. Your leadership will help shape the success of behavioral intervention plans, as you'll collaborate closely with teachers and staff to develop, implement, and monitor these plans throughout the entire 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Previous experience with school-aged children preferred Strong background in supervising RBTs or similar staff Skilled in developing and monitoring applied behavior analysis and intervention plans Excellent ability to train, coach, and collaborate with educational teams Sound communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing supervision and support to three RBTs Assist in creation and continual improvement of individualized behavior plans Work directly with teachers, staff, and school teams to ensure consistent implementation Track student progress and make data driven recommendations for interventions Offer training and professional development for school staff on behavioral strategies This contract offers the chance to strengthen your leadership skills and impact a supportive educational setting—all while enjoying flexibility in your schedule.
