Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role where your expertise in behavioral analysis creates a lasting impact. This part-time, contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) skilled in supporting educational teams. Taking on a school-based setting near West Milton, OH, you'll play a central role in shaping behavioral support systems throughout the 26/27 school year. Your primary responsibilities involve providing supervision for three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaboratively developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, and partnering with teachers and staff to foster positive educational outcomes. Whether you have experience as a BCBA or a Behavior Specialist, your insights will directly benefit students and empower school personnel in managing behavioral challenges effectively.
Desired Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification and strong knowledge of ABA principles Previous experience in a school or educational environment is highly preferred Demonstrated success in supervising RBTs or related staff Skilled in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Comfortable leading professional development or training sessions for educators and staff Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of three RBTs ensuring fidelity to intervention plans Collaborate with teachers and staff to assess student needs and recommend strategies Develop, update, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students across grade levels Provide hands-on coaching and guidance for school personnel implementing ABA techniques Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to the school's behavioral support strategies This position allows you to make a meaningful difference while maintaining a flexible, part-time schedule through the academic year.
