Minimum Expectations:

25 Billable hours a week, with 10% supervision requirements

Base Pay

Bonus Potential:

Annual Base Salary:

$88,000-96,000.

Monthly Performance Bonus:

$251

• $2,395 per month ($3,022
• $28,743 annually), based on billable hours (target baseline of 25 billable hours/week or 108/month) :

Baseline Expectation:

108 billable hours per month (roughly 25 billable hours per week). : $70 per hour for every billable hour above the 108-hour monthly threshold. : 120 billable hours in a month → 12 extra hours × $70 = $840 bonus that month. 30 billable hours → 22 extra hours × $70 = $1,540 bonus. 140 billable hours → 32 extra hours × $70 = $2,240 bonus. This bonus is paid monthly on top of the base salary.
