Candidate:
Valid RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician) Certificate. Passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred, but not required). ABA experience or willingness to become trained in applied behavior analysis (we provide support). Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. Ability to commit to consistent scheduling and client needs. Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range:
$23.00- $27.
Standard Work Hours:
Part Time positions available and can lead into Full- Time! Monday
- Friday, 7:00 AM
