You're not just a number—you're part of the BDA Oklahoma family. What You'll Do as a Registered Behavioral Therapist (ABA Therapist): Work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA. Use evidence-based ABA techniques to build communication, social, and life skills. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes for each child. Receive paid training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. What We Look for in a
Candidate:
Valid RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician) Certificate. Passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred, but not required). ABA experience or willingness to become trained in applied behavior analysis (we provide support). Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. Ability to commit to consistent scheduling and client needs. Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range:
$23.00
  • $27.
00 an hour. Competitive pay based on experience and availability. Medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees. 401(k) with employer match.
