Benefits (for full-time) PTO Health Vision and Dental insurance 401K Matching Professional development Flexible Schedules Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties- Travel to the client(s) location and provide ABA therapy, as directed by the treatment plan created by the assigned Board-certified behavioral analyst (" BCBA ").
- Be available for supervision, phone conferences, and team meetings deemed necessary by your supporting BCBA.
- Have reliable transportation available to commute to the client(s) location and be prompt to every appointment
- Electronically collect and record session data daily (we provide training on our electronic systems) Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
RBT certification from the BACB.- 1 + years of related experience plus willingness & ability to obtain RBT certification may also be accepted
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or a national equivalent.
- Great writing and verbal communication
- Willing to have a background check
- CentralReach experience a plus!
