Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-5:00 PM (Full-time or Part-time)

Pay:

About the Role We are seeking dependable, professional team members to provide clinic-based ABA services under the supervision of experienced BCBAs. We consider two types of candidates : Certified RBTs Highly motivated candidates without RBT certification who are committed to completing training and obtaining certification within a defined timeframe This role is best suited for individuals who value consistency, ethical care, and skill development , not just clocking hours. RBTs work closely with engaged BCBAs in a supportive, clinic-based environment. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with professionalism and consistency Collect accurate data and follow treatment protocols Communicate progress, concerns, and successes with supervisors Maintain ethical standards and client dignity Actively participate in supervision and ongoing training Requirements (Please Read Carefully) All applicants must have: High school diploma or higher Reliable transportation and consistent availability Ability to work with children with varying support needs Willingness to accept feedback and follow clinical direction One of the following is required: Active RBT certification OR Commitment to complete required training and obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire.

Preferred but not required:

Prior ABA or special needs experience Coursework in psychology, education, or related fields Long-term interest in ABA or behavioral health Path for Candidates Without RBT Certification We will consider applicants without RBT certification only if they demonstrate: Strong reliability and attendance history Professional communication and coachability Availability for consistent weekday hours Willingness to complete training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days Interest in behavioral health, education, psychology, or a related field Candidates unwilling to commit to certification should not apply.
