Bison Behavioral - Stillwater, OK Position Overview Work under the direct supervision of a Clinical Director to supervise the implementation of treatment programs based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis ("ABA") while working with children in a clinic, school, or community-based environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments; Create and oversee the implementation of treatment programs; Provide Family Guidance that meets payor guidelines; Develop and deliver specific intervention activities according to the treatment plan; Monitor the development of your clients across all settings; Maintain an agreed upon caseload, consisting of 97151, 97155, and 97156 billing requirements billing a minimum of 30 hours a week; Provide coordination of care by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians or RBTs as required; Lead and attend staff meetings as part of the clinical leadership team; Mentor and support staff, assist with writing performance evaluations for BTs and RBTs and assist with goal creation; Complete supervision and family guidance notes in a timely manner within acceptable requirements for payors; Open or close the clinic if required; Prepare program materials and organize the clinic materials if required; Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families as needed; Maintain BCBA certification through the BACB by CEU accrual, abiding by ethical code of conduct and renewing certification on an bi-annual basis; Follow all policies and procedures, including but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the clinical team; The above list of responsibilities is not meant to be exhaustive and it is expected that the employee will perform any and all other duties within the employee's expertise that are assigned by the Clinical Director within the purview of effective service delivery. Job Requirements Master's Degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field; Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB; At least two years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting preferred. Familiarity with the field of early intervention preferred; Expert knowledge of scientifically-validated methodologies and approaches found to benefit children with ASD; familiar with current related research findings; Expertise in all empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies related to program and service delivery for individuals with ASD; Understanding of insurance practices within the medical model; Valid CPR certification and other medical and training requirements as specified by payors; Ability to pass background clearance and reference checks; Works with integrity and ethically and follows the BACB Ethical Code; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Able to communicate in English effectively verbally and in writing; Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 25 lbs on occasion.
