Position Overview:

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Pathways Behavior Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients in various settings, including homes, communities, and schools, to implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans as outlined by the supervising BCBA. Collect data on client progress and behavior in accordance with established procedures. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care. Maintain professional and ethical standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or be willing to obtain RBT certification upon date of hire. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations within the assigned area.
