Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Supervisor to lead our behavioral health team in delivering exceptional services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise behavior analysts and technicians, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through evidence-based practices, data-driven decision making, and compassionate support. Duties Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior analysts and behavioral technicians, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, intake interviews, and progress reviews, utilizing medical terminology and documentation standards. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles tailored to each client's needs. Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to inform treatment adjustments and measure progress effectively. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate, confidential medical records and documentation of patient care activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals, medical providers, and families to coordinate comprehensive care strategies. Lead staff training sessions on behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and best practices for working with children and individuals with disabilities. Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA), for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities in clinical or educational settings. Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and medical documentation using appropriate medical terminology. Ability to collect, organize, and analyze behavioral data accurately for ongoing treatment evaluation. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of medical records and patient information. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers. Pay:
$75,995.41 - $91,521.36 per year
