Growth & Client Care:
At New Summit, we believe that consistency is key to meaningful progress—for both our clients and our team. This role is best suited for individuals who are seeking a longer-term position where they can grow their skills, build lasting relationships with clients, and be part of a collaborative team. Because of the investment in training and the importance of continuity in care, this position is not a fit for those seeking short-term or transitional employment. Applicants with no ABA experience on their resume need to supply a cover letter indicating why they want to start working in this field. Starting pay for those with an RBT credential and state RBAI license is $21 or higher. New Summit Behavioral Therapy is hiring experienced and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in the home and clinic settings. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
