In this role, you will implement ABA interventions, collect accurate behavioral data, and collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Deliver ABA-based therapy to children with autism in a center-based setting following individualized treatment plans Collect and record behavioral data accurately to support data-driven clinical decisions Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of BCBAs and clinical leaders Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and multidisciplinary team members to support child and family goals Maintain a safe, engaging, and therapeutic environment aligned with clinical and ethical standards Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing professional development opportunities Communicate progress and observations clearly to supervisors and care teams Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) fundamentals Behavior data collection and documentation Implementing behavior intervention plans Working with children with autism spectrum disorder De-escalation and behavior management techniques Electronic health record or clinical documentation systems HIPAA and client confidentiality practices Collaboration with clinical and multidisciplinary teams Basic safety and crisis prevention in clinical settings Professional written and verbal communication
