Qualifications:
Valid BCBA certification required Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including Asperger's and high-functioning autism Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, and development of behavioral support plans Expertise in applied behavior analysis and research-based ASD interventions Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills for team and family partnership
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver instruction and activities tailored to individual student needs in a variety of educational settings Administer and interpret academic and behavioral assessments Design, implement, and modify behavioral support and intervention plans, addressing sensory and behavioral needs Adapt curriculum and offer instructional guidance for general/special education staff Facilitate IEP meetings and contribute to meaningful IEP development Support in crisis prevention and intervention, training, and collaboration with families and community agencies
