Job Description
Behavior Consultant - LBS At Hearts ABA Services, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional clinicians. We are a growing, clinician-focused ABA provider serving children and families throughout the Pittsburgh region. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based behavioral services while creating a supportive environment where our team members can thrive. We are currently seeking a passionate Behavior Consultant - LBS to join our clinical team. Job Duties Complete behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, caregivers and other professionals Provide clinical oversight and consultation for behavioral interventions Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Support families by providing education and training related to behavior intervention strategies Qualifications Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential in Pennsylvania Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling Full-Time | Part-Time | Contract (1099 Available) Administrative support so you can focus on clinical care Collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development and career growth Meaningful work that positively impacts children and families every day Why Hearts ABA?
