Chambersburg PA Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Chambersburg, PA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier ABA therapy, working collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality services to children with autism. We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment, allowing you to focus on making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and functional analyses to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans Provide ABA therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions, as needed Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored treatment plans Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary Maintain accurate and detailed records, including session notes and progress reports Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and agency policies
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or ABA therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with ABA principles and practices, including behavioral assessment and intervention methods
Work Environment:

Compensation:
$105•$120 HOURLY , based on experience and qualifications
