Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding assignment supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst near West Chester and the surrounding areas. For the 2026-2027 school year, this contract role provides vital leave coverage for a staff BCBA in a robust program that currently serves approximately 67 students across 15 classrooms, all designated as level III Autism support. Collaborate with a team that includes three other BCBAs and experienced clinical coordinators, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. This position offers the opportunity to work up to 30 hours per week, providing flexibility and balance while ensuring crucial services continue during the leave period. Compensation for this role starts at $50 per hour, reflecting the value of your expertise and commitment.
Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working with school-aged children with autism, particularly in level III settings, strongly preferred Strong analytical and data collection skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team Excellent communication, coaching, and observation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct support and coaching for students and educators in classrooms Conduct classroom observations and assess behavioral needs Collect and interpret data focused on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Coordinate with the crisis response team to implement proactive and responsive interventions Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and clinical coordinators to maintain a positive, effective learning environment Support instructional staff in behavior plan implementation Immerse yourself in a role that makes a difference every day, while partnering with a dedicated team.
