Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Doylestown, Pennsylvania BlazerJobs - 3.4 Doylestown, PA Job Details Contract 5 days ago Qualifications Working with children BCBA Full Job Description Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Bring your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to a rewarding summer opportunity supporting students in a collaborative and dynamic school environment! A contract role is available for two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide specialized ESY (Extended School Year) support Monday through Thursday, 8:45am to 2:45pm, at school sites within easy reach of the Doylestown area. This assignment spans from June 23, 2025, through July 30, 2026, with assignments primarily at Central Bucks or Samuel Everitt School, Levittown. In this role, you'll: Conduct functional behavior assessments and design targeted behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Provide direct support and skill-building for students with moderate to severe needs Train and coach educational staff around best practices in behavior management Collect, analyze, and present data to assist in individualized program planning Foster family engagement through consultation and communication
Position Requirements:
Active BCBA certification and compliance with all PA Department of Education requirements Previous experience serving moderate to severe student populations in educational settings Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with multidisciplinary teams Reliable transportation and current residence within 35 minutes of assigned location Commitment to the full ESY schedule, Monday-Thursday, 8:45am-2:45pm Flexibility for possible assignments at various local schools depending on enrollment and student needs This assignment offers the opportunity to make a timely impact, grow your clinical skillset, and contribute to effective learning environments for students who need you most.
