  • $55 an hour Qualifications BCBA Working with students with disabilities Full Job Description Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required.

Compensation Pay Rate:
$45-55/hour Weekly pay + standard benefits available Important Policy (Non-Negotiable) Candidates must not have worked with Bucks County IU 22 through another agency within the past 12 months . A minimum one-year break is required for eligibility. Caseload & Placement Notes Assignments released late May-early June Placement based on student needs + candidate skill alignment Location proximity is considered but not guaranteed Must be flexible with classroom type and assignment
Candidate Requirements Credentials:
Must meet Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) BCBA requirements Active licensure required
Availability & Logistics:
Must commit to full ESY schedule Must live within 35 minutes of assigned site Reliable transportation required
Experience:
Comfortable working with moderate to severe needs and behavioral populations School-based experience strongly preferred 470-310-8346 #p34
